Requirements for a Creative Worker visa (Temporary Work):
- You must have a valid certificate of sponsorship from an approved sponsor for the Creative Worker route.
- The sponsor must be listed as A-rated on the Home Office’s register of licensed sponsors.
- You must meet the prerenal consent requirement if applying as a child
- be paid the minimum salary as set by Equity, PACT or BECTU (except for models, musicians or circuses) enough money to support yourself in the UK.
Visa Duration:
You can come to the UK for a maximum of up to 12 months initially and can apply to extend your visa up to a maximum of two years
Restrictions:
You cannot start your own business.
Settlement:
The Creative Worker route is not a route to settlement
Partner and Children:
A partner and children can apply as dependants on this route.
