Innovator Founder visa
If you have a business idea different from anything in the market, and an approved endorsing body endorses it, you can apply for an Innovator Founder visa provided that you meet the other requirements. You have to pay the application fees and healthcare surcharge as part of your application.
Skilled Worker visa in the UK
A Skilled Worker visa will allow you to come to or stay in the UK to do an eligible job with an approved employer. You must have a confirmed job offer before you apply for a Skilled Worker visa.
Self-sponsorship visa in the UK
You can set up your own business in the UK and apply for a Skilled Worker visa. You will need to establish a UK company, obtain a UK Skilled Worker sponsor licence and assign a Certificate of Sponsorship before applying for a Skilled Worker visa through self-sponsorship.
Health and Care Worker Visa in the UK:
A Health and Care Worker visa allows medical professionals to come to or stay in the UK to do an eligible job with the NHS, an NHS supplier or in adult social care. The Health and Care Worker Visa is a part of the Skilled Worker Visa.
Minister of Religion visa (T2):
This route is for a person who has a key leading role within their faith-based organisation or a religious order in the UK. A dependent partner and dependent children of a T2 Minister of Religion can apply on this route. T2 Minister of Religion is a route to settlement
International Sportsperson visa:
The International Sportsperson route is for an elite sportsperson or qualified sports coach who is internationally established and can make a significant contribution to the development of their sport at its highest level in the UK.
Seasonal Worker visa (Temporary Work):
You can apply for a Seasonal Worker visa to come to the UK and work. You need to apply for poultry Seasonal Worker visas by 15 November each year, and for horticulture Seasonal Worker visas at any time of year. This visa has replaced the Temporary Worker – Seasonal Worker visa (T5).

A creative worker is someone who works in the creative industries, and can make a unique contribution to the UK’s rich cultural life, for example an actor, dancer, musician or film crew member.
Religious Worker visa (Temporary Work)
The Temporary Work – Religious Worker route is for a person who wants to come to the UK to support the activities of religious institutions by conducting religious work such as working in a religious order or undertaking non-pastoral work for a religious organisation
Graduate visa, Working Visa without a Job Offer
A Graduate visa permits you to stay in the UK for at least 2 years after successfully completing a course in the UK. This route is for a Student in the UK who wants to work or look for work, following the successful completion of an eligible course of study at a UK bachelor’s degree level or above
Global Talent Visa: Working Visa Without a Job Offer:
You can apply for a Global Talent visa to work in the UK if you’re a leader or potential leader in one of the following fields:
High Potential Individual (HPI) visa
A High Potential Individual (HPI) visa gives you permission to stay in the UK if you have been awarded a qualification by an eligible university. Your partner and children can also apply to join you or stay in the UK as your ‘dependants’ if they’re eligible.
Senior or Specialist Worker (Global Business Mobility) visa
A Senior or Specialist Worker visa allows you to come to or stay in the UK to do an eligible job at your employer’s UK branch.
Representative of an Overseas Business visa:
You can apply as a representative of an overseas business if you’re an employee of an overseas newspaper, news agency or broadcasting organisation posted on a long-term assignment to the UK; or you are applying for an extension or settlement as a Sole Representative.
